Honoring Bulova's legendary history with the armed forces and based on an exceptional 1957 prototype developed for the U.S. Navy, the MIL-SHIPS Bronze Special Edition celebrates Bulova's 150th anniversary and its legacy of innovation and fine craftsmanship.

This recently redesigned timepiece features a sophisticated design with a sandblasted case made of CuSn8 bronze, a lustrous material with a rose gold hue reminiscent of 19th-century copper diving helmets. Bronze is much more durable than copper and, over time, develops a natural patina that adds a protective layer, enhancing its longevity and enriching its unique and timeless appearance.

Its distinctive features include a deep blue dial with a matching bidirectional aluminum bezel, vintage-inspired hands with super-luminous markers and markers, a two-tone humidity indicator strip, and a double-domed sapphire crystal with a 5-layer anti-reflective coating.

Equipped with an upgraded 18mm dark blue strap made from a combination of rubber and Cordura® nylon for durability and comfort, and powered by a 21-jewel automatic movement with a 42-hour power reserve, it features a commemorative 150th anniversary embossed case back and is water resistant to 200 meters.
