The Highlife Automatic COSC watches are designed for everyday wear and are available in a variety of dial and case options. The 41mm case is made of three-piece brushed and polished stainless steel. The blue dial features a globe decoration, applied silver-tone hour markers, and hand-polished silver-tone hour, minute, and second hands. The bracelet is made of three-link brushed and polished stainless steel and includes a navy blue rubber strap.
It is rare to find watches certified by the COSC (Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute). This certification is only awarded to timepieces that guarantee perfect isochronism over a specified period and in specific positions; that is, their ability to tell the time correctly, consistently, and accurately, within the strict limits established by the ISO standard. The COSC is an independent Swiss organization that only grants its chronometer certifications to these timepieces after the watches have undergone numerous tests over several days. COSC-certified timepieces form an elite, a category of their own, intended for collectors for whom Swiss precision is an everyday necessity.
